Red Rocket Merchandising Corporation is a Connecticut-based company, which has been proud to serve as one of the world's leading multi-channel retailers and manufacturers of officially licensed music, sports and entertainment merchandise for over twenty years. Red Rocket Merchandising is the parent company of the Old Glory multi-channel retail brand that includes a series of catalogs, the highly trafficked OldGlory.com website, and a consistently growing network of Old Glory retail stores.

In addition to Old Glory, Red Rocket also provides merchandising, call center, and fulfillment services to a select group of partner companies through our AMP (Affinity Merchandise Partner) Program. Participating AMP companies enjoy the benefits of access to Red Rocket's selection of 45,000 SKUs, leading order management technology, and expert back-end fulfillment. AMP companies maximize their revenue opportunities by selling Red Rocket merchandise to their customers without having to dedicate resources of their own to the inventory or fulfillment management process.

Red Rocket maintains a full-time staff of over 40 employees with the ability to scale rapidly by adding additional trained staff on an on-demand basis. With over 65,000 square feet of modern warehouse space, Red Rocket's distribution center is equipped to handle a variety of products.

The Red Rocket Call Center Representatives (CSRs) personalize the shopping experience for the catalog and online customer, enabling partners to interact and sell to a customer on an individual basis. The 12,000 sq. ft. Call Center is equipped with 32 CSRs and expandable to accommodate extraordinarily high traffic during peak period needs. CSRs use ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) Systems, which allows for over 97% of calls to be answered within 15 seconds or less with an abandonment rate of less than 1%. The call center offers unlimited queuing, state-of-the-art technology, and dedicated, trained personnel providing complete customer care.

In the future, Red Rocket plans to continue to bring highly select retail partners into the AMP program. Prime areas for growth are in the areas of sports teams, media retail companies, record labels, music download companies, and recording artists themselves. At the same time, we shall continue to expand our OldGlory retail network both online an offline and leverage our inventory and infrastructure assets to support our ongoing growth as experts and leaders in music and entertainment merchandise.
