Call Center
The Red Rocket Call Center Representatives (CSRs) personalize the shopping experience for the catalog and online customer, enabling partners to interact and sell to a customer on an individual basis.
The 12,000 sq. ft. Call Center is equipped with 32 CSRs and expandable to accommodate extraordinarily high traffic during peak period needs. CSRs use ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) Systems, which allows for over 97% of calls to be answered within 15 seconds or less with an abandonment rate of less than 1%. A newly implemented six sigma program continually monitors and improves our call center functions. The call center offers unlimited queuing, state-of-the-art technology, and dedicated, trained personnel providing complete customer care. |
